This role offers the opportunity to directly impact their business's success and shape future projects' direction in APAC and globally.The Senior Software Developer will support and manage development projects and daily software activities for the APAC team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trading or a similarly fast-paced industry and the skills required to drive more significant assignments and projects. This role involves close collaboration with the European tech team to ensure the delivery of high-value software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions to improve daily tasks for the trading and support teams.
- Lead and deliver high-value software development projects.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team in Europe to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities and communicate progress with stakeholders in the APAC region.
- Develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Participate in code reviews and squad meetings with the core tech team in Europe.
- Ensure code quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support to stakeholders as needed.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in software development.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and Python.
- Experience with MS Azure is advantageous.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
