Job Overview:
We are partnering with a leading renewable energy technology and solutions company. The Project Manager (Renewable Energy) is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of renewable energy projects, from initial planning through to completion.

This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage installations, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Address any deviations from the budget in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular quality checks and site inspections to maintain high standards of project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in renewable energy projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies and project lifecycles, particularly in solar, wind, and energy storage.
