Job description

Responsibilities
  • Advising on Governance and Compliance: Offer strategic guidance to enhance governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance for a range of financial intermediaries and asset management firms.
  • Frameworks and Practices: Develop and review compliance and risk management frameworks, monitoring programs, and key operational practices across various business areas.
  • Audit and Risk Management: Lead a team to deliver internal audit and risk management services, including operational reviews, regulatory inspections, and due diligence assessments.
  • Board Governance and Risk Oversight: Support clients in strengthening governance structures, risk management frameworks, and overall business resilience.
  • Process Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct assessments of business processes and controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Client Engagement and Development: Manage stakeholder relationships, deliver insights through reports and presentations, and contribute to business growth initiatives, including new market opportunities and service innovations.
Qualifications:
  • Educational and Professional Background: Holds a degree in a relevant field with 6 to 12 years in consulting, audit, or regulatory roles within the financial services sector.
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Proven ability to adapt and innovate offerings based on market changes.
  • Leadership and Client Engagement: Proficient in leading teams, managing complex projects, and cultivating strong client relationships. Highly motivated with a proactive approach to contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Proactive and Entrepreneurial: A self-starter with a flexible and results-driven mindset.
