Role overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Talent Sourcer) who can support our Legal team. You will have the opportunity to work with an established team of consultants with over 25 years of combined experience working in the legal recruitment market in Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management, gauging the chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation. Meanwhile, manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to referrals, career portals, CRM, social media, events.
  • Supporting consultants to deliver on specific search mandates
  • Research, map and identify top talent in the market
  • Attending candidate and client meetings, initially alongside senior consultants
  • Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
  • Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
  
Job requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in talent sourcing or recruitment within an agency setting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to self-development.
  • Problem-solving and lateral-thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with a focus on business development.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Resilient and capable of handling rejection.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
