Chantel joins Formative Search as a consultant in the Techno Commercial Team. She will be specialising in mid to senior level roles in finance and investment within the Energy Transition space across Asia Pacific.
She moved from Canada to Singapore a few years ago and started her executive search career with an international firm prior to joining the Formative team. She strongly believes in obtaining a deep understanding of the businesses she partners with and the career interests of her candidates.
