Ben joined Formative Search team in March 2024 as part of the Technical & Commercial team. Ben joins as our Built Environment specialist in the Techno Commercial Team at Formative Search. He specializes in recruiting mid to senior level ESG, environmental and sustainability talents in the Built Environment space across Asia Pacific.
With 12 years of recruitment experience across both multiple technical sectors and multiple regions including 10 years international agency recruitment, he has developed a deep understanding of not just full recruitment life cycle but also the energy transition and built environment sectors where he ensures both clients and candidates needs are met as a priority.
